🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in using Power BI and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
