📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal issues.
• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate legal risks.
• Lead and mentor junior legal professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as required.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, and proactively identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 3 years in a senior legal position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
