📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Manage and maintain the reservation system using PMS (Property Management System) like Opera or Siteminder.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
• Train and mentor front office staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office supervision or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with PMS (Property Management System) like Opera or Siteminder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
