📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our product range, utilizing historical sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using demand planning software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
