📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate fashion and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Manage inventory and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and sales to drive revenue.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing and inviting shopping environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and accessories.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
