In this role, you'll work closely with our HR team and department heads to understand the unique needs and aspirations of our employees. You'll then design and deliver engaging activities, workshops, and events that align with our company values and goals. Using tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace, you'll collaborate with remote and in-office teams to ensure seamless communication and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with company values and goals.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to understand employee needs and preferences.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and social events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop and deliver engaging content and training sessions.
• Use data and analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and share insights with the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
