📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and guide Mandarin-speaking tourists through Bali’s key attractions, providing engaging and informative commentary.
• Assist with tour planning and itinerary adjustments based on group preferences and interests.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all tourists under your care, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
• Promote and sell additional tours or services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
• Collaborate with the tour operations team to ensure smooth and efficient tour execution.
• Document and report daily activities, including guest feedback and tour highlights.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent Mandarin language skills, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tour guide or in a customer service role, preferably in the tourism industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali’s culture, history, and geography.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Familiarity with tour planning software such as TripIt or similar platforms.
