📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates for electrical works.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate reports to monitor project progress and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost breakdowns and variance analyses.
• Assist in the procurement process, including reviewing supplier quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical support to the project team, offering advice on cost-effective solutions and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with construction estimation software such as EstimateOne or similar.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid IDP (Indonesia Domestic Passport) or work permit for Bali.
