📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical and FMCG products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, pharmacies, and retail stores.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Use SAP and other distribution management tools to track inventory, manage orders, and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on supply chain performance and sales metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing SAP or similar distribution management software.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and FMCG industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
