PT Tani Fajar is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Dili. This is an urgent position and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating with staff and monitoring performance.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and staff.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Organize and maintain store records and reports.,Participate in store maintenance and improvement activities.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
