📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff, servers, and other employees.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Work closely with the company's management team to ensure that the restaurant meets all business objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.,A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a clear understanding of the key metrics and KPIs used to measure performance.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,A valid food safety and handling certificate.
