📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and managing office events and meetings.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in receptionist or related roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a high-volume or customer service-oriented environment is a plus.
