📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.
  • Proven track record of successful procurement projects and cost savings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
