📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and target potential customers through market research and sales calls.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure competitive advantage.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
