📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
