In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to interviewers to ensure consistent and fair hiring practices.,Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding employees.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
