PT Sri Intan Toki Industri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of production planning and inventory control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
