📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance procurement skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
