📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial operations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying and assessing risks related to financial operations and internal controls.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
