Village Max Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth and development. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
