Go Zone Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training requirements and provide support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
