📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR-related matters.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with café or restaurant industry is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
