Bengkel Zahra Spareparts is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
