As a Global Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the regulatory compliance of our products across various regions. You will work closely with our regulatory team, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet all applicable regulatory requirements, including those from the FDA, EMA, and other relevant authorities.

Our company is based in the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Global Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with international regulatory standards.
• Manage and oversee the regulatory compliance of our products across various regions.
• Conduct regulatory audits and inspections to ensure that our products meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to address regulatory issues and concerns.
• Monitor and report on regulatory trends and developments to ensure that our company remains up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Provide regulatory training and support to our internal teams to ensure that they are well-versed in regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with our product development team to ensure that new products meet all applicable regulatory requirements before they are launched.
• Ensure that our company's regulatory documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on personal care, sanitizer, disinfectant, or related products.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards, including those from the FDA, EMA, and other relevant authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address regulatory issues and concerns.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with regulatory software and tools, such as Regulatory Affairs Management Systems (RAMS) and Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS).
• Certification in regulatory affairs or a related field is a plus.
