📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are filled with the appropriate type and grade of fuel,Track and maintain vehicle mileage and usage records, and ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and insured,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents, and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner,Maintain a clean and organized fleet maintenance facility, and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for fleet management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with fleet management software and other relevant technologies,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
