📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor and control the company's expenses to ensure they are in line with budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure they are performing at their best.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
