📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Screen and interview candidates to find the best fit for the roles.,Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
