📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the store manager.
