📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
