Begawan Biji Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Daily Worker Procurement & Inventory Controller to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring we have the right supplies and managing our inventory efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the restaurant's inventory management system.,Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure the best value for money.,Place orders for supplies and ingredients, and track their delivery status.,Assist in the preparation of monthly procurement and inventory reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage.,Support the kitchen team in managing food waste and reducing costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food service industry and inventory management practices is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
