Home Crystal Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. This is a full-time position located in the vibrant area of Seminyak, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain accurate records and reports for performance tracking and improvement.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and deliver excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
