📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Keep accurate records of guest information and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
