📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality control.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
