Royal Root Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
