📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls and auditing standards.,Provide training and development opportunities for the accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
