📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.
