📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage the accounting department's budget and financial planning processes.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and preparing financial reports.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
