PT Kartika Luhur is seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard to join our team in Palu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access.,Ensuring the safety of employees and visitors by enforcing security protocols.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintaining security equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.,Assisting in the investigation of security breaches and incidents.,Working with other security personnel to maintain a secure environment.,Providing a visible and professional security presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma.,Minimum 2 years of experience in security guard duties.,Good physical condition and fitness.,Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Valid ID and security guard certification (preferred).,Willingness to undergo background checks.

🛠️ Keahlian

Security awareness and knowledge.Conflict resolution skills.First aid training (preferred).Basic knowledge of security equipment and procedures.Language skills (English or local language).Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and vigilance.Physical strength and stamina.
