📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.,Manage and maintain the executive's schedule and calendar.,Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials.,Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and meetings.,Assist with travel arrangements, including booking and itinerary management.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.,Support the executive in preparing for presentations and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,High level of confidentiality and discretion.
