📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor, setting the tone for their shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Uphold the boutique’s brand values and standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
• Promote sales and special offers to enhance the shopping experience and drive revenue.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on brand guidelines and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with luxury retail environments and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of the luxury retail industry in Bali.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the boutique.
