📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
