Bloom Direct Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care and support to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications to patients.,Monitor and report on patient medication adherence and compliance.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and timely medication management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmaceutical software and technology.,Familiarity with patient care and management principles.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
