📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in the planning and execution of HR activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
