Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with our technical team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand,Develop and implement documentation processes and procedures,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback on technical documentation,Ensure that technical documentation is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies,Experience with the food and beverage industry is a plus,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Strong communication and collaboration skills
